Among our services, we propose the maintenance and the repair of your equipment. Our Field Service Engineers (FSE) have a strong experience with Dynamitron ® and other E-beam accelerators, whatever the age and the version of your equipment. We are used to working on DPC-2000, Millenium, PLC version of control system.
We offer training sessions on your site. There are different trainings from the ab initio stage to the more experienced level. We adapt our session contents based on your needs. Organising special practical sessions regarding troubleshooting is our specialty, the Murphy session.
We have a dedicated service of dosimetry. We come to your site to perform the calibration and validation of your equipment. Based on the results, we can recalibrate your device.
We can manage the installation
or relocation of your whole equipment. From dismantling to the
acceptance of your equipment and products at the new location. You can
count on the huge experience of our field team to help you with your

Maintenance
Welcome to our services for electron accelerators. We repair, service and maintain E-beam machines that treat products in industrial processes. The applications are diverse and are used in tires, cables, pipes, film, foam, and shrink-product production.
Feasability study
MSE experts can support you at different steps of your Feasibility Study :
From the early beginning of the project (supplier evaluation, technology specifications, national regulation issues,…), till the end (installation of the equipment, acceptance of the equipment, validation of process, dosimetry,…).
Training
Training of the customer's operators and maintenance staff is a very important point for us and for you. Being able to guide you on the phone whenever you are facing a problem can save up to half of the on site missions.
Dosimetry
Dose and energy calibrations are of critical importance as they affect the quality control processes of your products but they also have an impact on the performance of your accelerator if it is not controlled on a regular basis.
Installation
MSE manages the complete installation project for you. Our experienced team can start up your equipment and help you up to the acceptance of your accelerator.
